The McLean County Road Construction application is a collaborative effort among the City of Bloomington, McLean County, and the Town of Normal. The app displays current and planned road construction throughout McLean County initiated by these local entities.

The road construction application, which also pulls statewide information from the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), illustrates local road construction locations using yellow to show closures that occur in one direction, red to show closures that occur in both directions, and green to show detours when applicable.

Although IDOT road construction is available to view, it is not maintained by the local entities. Road construction initiated by other organizations (e.g., utility companies) is not shown.
